There has been quite a spike in readership of the Enlightened Manager over the past few weeks, so I wanted to say "Welcome and Thank You" to all of our new visitors. This site has been in operation for a year, and is growing rapidly.
I love to blog about leadership. Consulting can be a lonely endeavor at times, and blogging gives me one more way to interact with people who are in the world - transforming organizations for the better. Thank you for being part of the Enlightened Manager.
Our readers come from all over the world! Not only the US and Canada, but also from Poland, Romania, England, India, Spain, Italy, Africa, Ireland, and the Middle East to name a few. Leadership transcends cultures and borders - and I look forward to learning more about what Enlightened Leadership means to you - wherever you are.

Hi Cheri,
I've been here for about a month and am really enjoying what I read. I work in nonprofits and am also in the midst of doing a Ph.D. exploring the links between organizational social capital and effective services in caregiving environments (hospitals, mental health clinics, etc.). In short, your postings reflect both the problems I find in the field and the solutions I find in the literature.
