While I started this blog for managers, a fair number of my readers work in the consulting field, and so this post offers some resources that I've found personally helpful that you might also enjoy. If you are a manager that wants to be more effective in internal consulting, you could also benefit from this information.
To start, I recommend the following six minute video of an interview with Alan Weiss. click here to view. Alan has a very helpful blog, and he has written some powerful books on the consulting field. If you haven't read his book "The Million Dollar Consultant" you are definitely missing out.
Another good internet resource is the Management Consulting News, which has some thought provoking articles.
