Thanks Cheri. One of our findings was that many managers, are actually accidental managers, falling into their posts as much by chance as anything. It really reinforces the need to have a good talent management strategy.

I never left job because of management. I think management should be friendly with the people working with them.And the managers who behave wild should be removed from the job
